📘 Program details

<aside> 💡 Drift Grants is a community-led grants program to fund ideas submitted by the Drift Protocol’s community, with a focus on empowering a wider network of community developers. The Protocol has allocated $250k towards funding grants. The grants program was created in collaboration with the Drift community, and following on from our successful Drift Protocol x Solana Foundation Bounty Program. The grants program carries forward the bounty program with revised funding, in an aim to reward contributors who help to further our mission and purpose.

👀 What are discretionary grants?

<aside> 💡 Discretionary grants allow the Drift community the freedom to propose an idea that will assist with Drift’s mission to make DEXes the #1 way to trade perps. Fund ideas are submitted by the Drift protocol’s community, with a focus on empowering a wider network of community developers.

The Protocol has allocated $250k towards funding grants, of which $239k is remaining, and $222.5k is discretionary based. We encourage our community to submit proposals or ideas around protocol development, applications, integrations, content (educational or marketing), as well as funding for events.
